Refund Policy
How refunds work for confirmed Web Forge Core consulting engagements.

This website does not sell products through an online checkout. Pricing displayed on web-forgecore.digital is informational only. Refund terms apply only when a separate written consulting agreement has been executed.
Before work begins
If you cancel a confirmed engagement in writing before kickoff deliverables start, prepaid fees for unused work may be refunded according to the agreement’s notice period—typically within fourteen (14) days of a valid cancellation notice.
After work begins
Fees for completed discovery, workshops, reviews, or delivered artifacts are non-refundable. Unused prepaid retainer hours may be credited toward future advisory months if the agreement allows, rather than refunded in cash.
Desktop utility
References to a local data tracking utility and any availability via Veve are informational. This site does not sell or refund application licenses. Third-party store policies, if any, apply at their source.
